The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) is a three-tower premium residential community that offers all the comfort of home, with all the amenities such as an exclusive wading pool, children’s pool, sun deck, social hall, gym facility, and Zen garden with sitting areas and various water features like different types of fountains and reflecting pools.

The complex was formerly the site of the old Coronado Lanes bowling center and parking lot.

As with its name, it is part of the Greenbelt Complex which includes the Greenbelt Mall.

The project was developed by Ayala Land and is composed of three towers: Laguna Tower, San Lorenzo Tower, and Manila Tower.
